Theodor Bilharz Research Institute Into the European Research Area FP7 INCO.2010-6-2 ERAWIDE

Under the call FP7-INCO-2010-6-2, ERA-WIDE, EU research institutions can build or extend collaboration with research institutions based in European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) countries.

The objective of this action is to reinforce the cooperation capacities of research centers located in the ENP countries, which are not associated to FP7. The call gives Egypt the possibility to improve the research activities of its highest quality and/or promising centers in the thematic priorities of FP7

The complete name of FP7 is 7 th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development . It will last for seven years from 2007 until 2013. The programme has a total budget of over € 50 billion. This represents a substantial increase compared with the previous Framework Programme FP6 (41% at 2004 prices, 63% at current prices), a reflection of the high priority of research in Europe.
